Sovereignty is often spoken about in spiritual language as freedom or power. Yet in daily life, sovereignty reveals itself in a much quieter way. Sovereignty is the ability to maintain one's state. Breath by breath. Choice by choice. Day by day. This issue explores a simple but powerful idea: Sovereignty is not control over life. Sovereignty is maintenance of the self. Through awareness, breath, positioning, movement, and hydration, we learn to stabilize ourselves within changing conditions. This is the practice of Meta-Balancing
